Jamie Gaskin

James Gaskin has been the CEO of United Way of Genesee County since 2013. Gaskin oversees the strategic vision of overcoming educational barriers and meeting the basic needs for residents of Genesee and Shiawassee County. Gaskin serves on multiple boards, committees and task forces focused on creating a thriving, safe, equitable community. An equitable community where every person is empowered and given the tools to succeed is the ultimate goal of his work. Gaskin was recognized nationally in the Chronicle of Philanthropy, received The Peacemaker of the Year Award, and has served as a Rotarian for over 25 years.
