Doug Scott

ROWE Professional Services Company is a full service civil engineering / surveying company that specializes in municipal, transportation, utility and constructions services. ROWE also provides landscape architectural and planning services. Doug joined ROWE in 1995 as an assistant project engineer and has been involved in a wide range of projects during his time at ROWE. He is currently a Senior Project Manager / Associate and manages a team of engineers in the Land Development Group. He was an extensive resume of private and municipal clients. On a personal note, Doug and his family reside in Bennington Township, Shiawassee County.
