Nic Custer

Having earned a Master’s of Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Leadership and Organizational Dynamics, Nic manages the Innovation Incubator entrepreneurship program and has provided business counseling and practical instruction to clients since 2013. In addition to possessing InBIA certifications in Entrepreneurship Center Management and Mentor Program Management, he has experience working in startup businesses and nonprofits across the region. He has also received UM-Flint’s 2016 Innovation Impact Award and 2020 Staff Entrepreneurship Program Award.
